This week is the start of a new era for 49ers football, one that has been in progress since Jimmy Garoppolo rejoined the team. There are four predictions here to help you get ready for this week’s game against San Francisco at Levi’s Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

The Bears are on the verge of their first losing season since 2006. Here’s what I think will happen this week in Chicago. The 49ers are already halfway to the Super Bowl, but this week presents new obstacles. Here are four bold predictions for that game.

The “titans vs rams prediction” is a game between the Tennessee Titans and the Los Angeles Rams. This game will be played on November 26th, 2018 at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, TN. The winner of this game will move to 4-4 while the loser falls to 3-5.

The Arizona Cardinals are preparing for a crucial Week 9 road matchup with the San Francisco 49ers, after their home defeat to the Green Bay Packers.

Even with their 7-1 start to the season, the Cardinals are at a position in the season when back-to-back defeats are just not an option. Three other NFC clubs, including the Los Angeles Rams, have a winning percentage of at least.800 right now (.875).

In order for the Cardinals to keep their grip on first place in the NFC West, they must accomplish each of these four goals against the 49ers in Week 9.

4. Chandler Jones delivers a classic performance.

It feels like a lifetime ago, but Cardinals defensive end Chandler Jones started the season with a 5.0 sack effort against the Tennessee Titans. Following the performance, many predicted Jones would be the strong favorite for the 2021 NFL Defensive Player of the Year award, although that has not happened.

Jones is presently in slow form, having spent time on the reserve/COVID-19 list and failing to register a sack in his past five games.

With J.J. Watt out due to a shoulder injury, the Cardinals will rely on Jones to lead the team’s front seven once again. And it would all start in Week 9 against quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo and the 49ers.

3. The Cardinals are having a field day with takeaways.

Last season, the Cardinals struggled to generate turnovers, managing just 21 in 16 games.

The script has obviously reversed for Arizona in this regard, as the Wildcats have 14 takeaways through eight games, tied for third in the conference with three other teams.

On the defensive side of the ball, the Cardinals boast many game-changing talents, from Markus Golden forcing fumbles to Byron Murphy coming away with key interceptions.

In their next matchup with the 49ers, the Cardinals should add to their takeaway total. Their front seven must win the line of scrimmage battle and just impose effect on a drive-by basis, whether it’s getting to Garoppolo or tipping throws.

2. The Cardinals’ offensive onslaught is led by Chase Edmonds and James Conner.

The Cardinals have many injury concerns heading into Week 9, including Kyler Murray (ankle) and DeAndre Hopkins (hamstring) (hamstring). Due to their individual ailments, they did not train this week and are categorized as doubtful for Week 9.

As a result, Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury could lean on running backs Chase Edmonds and James Conner to assist carry the offense.

Against Nick Bosa and the 49ers’ fearsome front seven squad, their names may be called upon a lot, whether in run plays or in the short passing game.

1. The Cardinals ended the 49ers’ NFC West ambitions.

The 49ers have a minimal to none chance of making a surprise push to the top of the NFC West rankings after a 3-4 start to the season. The Cardinals should also put a stop to any hopes of the 49ers making a late-season run for the NFC West crown.

The Cardinals have a number of injury concerns, but with their depth and the one-two punch of Edmonds and Conner, they should be able to finish the season with an 8-1 record.

The “san francisco 49ers roster” is a team that has had a lot of success in the past few years. The 49ers have won 4 Super Bowls and have been to 5 more since 2001. They are coming off of a loss against the Rams, but they still have some weapons on their side.
